  • Email alerts of any changes to their credit history.

Pricing And Cancellation

Upon expiration of the seven-day free trial period, CreditReport.com charges customers $19.95 for each month of continued membership.

Customers may cancel anytime and are under no obligation to continue purchasing CreditReport.com's service. CreditReport.com does not charge for cancellation.

Contact Information

Customers with questions or comments should address their correspondence to ConsumerInfo.com, Attn: Customer Care, PO Box 19729 / Irvine, CA 92623-9729 or to CustomerCare@Creditreport.com

Summary

CreditReport.com's product, which offers decent service in its own right, comes at a significantly lower price that those charged by its competitors. Some customers complain that the too-brief free trial period does not allow for accurate evaluation of CreditReport.com's product. This reservation notwithstanding, CreditReport.com's service measures up to just about any similar service on the market.
