Credit Karma's services begin with a free credit score. Customers may return to the Credit Karma website as often as they like to use the service to track their credit file. Because Credit Karma believes such access to be a fundamental consumer right, it provides these credit scores free of charge, and at the same time does its utmost to protect customers' privacy.
When customers access the free credit score, Credit Karma will show them personalized offers based on their credit profile. These offers are from advertisers who share Credit Karma's vision of consumer empowerment. Customers wishing to take advantage of Karma Offers may do so secure in the knowledge that Credit Karma will never share their information without their consent.
One-way broadcasts from Credit Karma's partner companies, Credit Karma messages alert customers to personalized offers. Credit Karma matches customers with the appropriate vendors, never disclosing any personal information unless customers respond to the offer. This protects privacy and allows customers to control who receives their data.
Pricing And Cancellation
Customers wishing to terminate their legal agreement with Credit Karma may do so by notifying Credit Karma at any time and by opting out of "Receive updates in my account and my credit score" and "Receive special offers from Credit Karma" in the "Contact Preferences" section of their Credit Karma Account. Customers should also send notice in writing to Credit Karma, 27 South Park, Suite 101 / San Francisco, CA 94107.
Customers should include in this letter their name, date of birth, and the email address they registered with their Credit Karma account. Customers may also terminate their account online by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
